"Cannot thank Active Lifestyles enough"

I am extremely impressed by how much help and support I am receiving through the NHS Active Lifestyles ~ I enjoy my weekly aqua aerobics sessions, enjoyed helping with the NHS allotment and am continuing my moods and foods diet plan, which is really helping my problems in relation to depression/stress anxiety.

I would be a depressed lazy blob without this help and support - it has given me motivation, better health and well-being and helped me come out of my 'own little world'.

I have also met some lovely, caring people, who totally understand my breakdown problems and have helped me on the road to recovery.

I cannot thank the NHS enough and just hope they keep up the excellent work.
