"Ridiculous waiting appointments system"

About: Birmingham Midland Eye Centre (Bmec)

Booked in at 11am. A&e Seen triage nurse quite quickly who was rude, dismissive, and treated me like a number and not a human being. Earliest appointment was 2:15 to see an optician. So i had to wait over three hours !

Bearing in mind i paid £12 for a taxi to get here As i live on the other side of Bham , i couldn’t afford to go home and return later.

Ridiculous system. Filthy toilets and outdated hospital.

Receptionist could barely hear me and vice versa because of the glass.

Not a happy experience . Should be a first come first seen policy as all other a&e’s in bham.
