I have used this service a couple of times recently and I did not have a bad word to say and was very impressed with the service., However today the final nurse we saw had a very bad attitude at the beginning because I was unable to get a urine sample from my daughter. My daughter had an high temperature and we were told someone would give her some calpol and this never happened. All the other staff today was very friendly and polite.
