"Cannot fault"

Recently visited the minor injury department with my 3 year old. She’d fallen and split open behind her ear. My local doctor recommended we take her here. The reception staff were great, the children’s waiting room was brilliant, clean and well looked after, my daughter really enjoyed the colouring sheets and crayons (all in good usable condition.) lots of toys to keep children occupied and happy. We were seen really quickly and the nurse that saw to us was really brilliant talking to her and reassuring her. She didn’t cry once. She was extra happy with her teddy and sang all the home. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you so much to everyone. hopefully will not be needed again but will definitely use this service again if needed. Brilliant
