"Administration lets surgery down"

About: Balderton Surgery

Having had breathing problems for some time Dr refused allowing me to see ENT specialist. Then lost my voice told maybe viral. Went back about a month later after coughing up a piece of human tissue. This started in March and it's now November. On the 9th August should have been referred to ENT specialist. For some reason this was not sent for referral. My voice has now gone again and having breathing problems again. They have now sent my referral but appointments say no appointments available at the moment. Let's hope whatever is causing my voice to go again is not to serious.

Having said all this the Drs have been excellent but are mainly locus so do not stay.

The Nurses and HCAs have been excellent.

Appears just the administration of the service and the continued use of locus lets the surgery down

Thank you for your comment.

As always in situations like this, it is far better for you to contact me directly at the surgery so that I can investigate your concerns properly to make sure this does not happen again.

If you wish to do this then please do not hesitate to contact me at the surgery to discuss further.

Frances Chater, Practice Manager
