"An excellent team"

A previous review was submitted a while back, but I thought it worth submitting a more up to date one for two reasons.

I have become a fairly regular patient, firstly because my health needs monitoring more closely, and secondly since undergoing major surgery a few months ago I have required additional post operative care and support.

Since registering with the practice a few years ago the level of all round care has definitely remained a steady constant, and being greeted with a friendly smile and attitude by all also makes for a relaxed but professional atmosphere.

The receptionists, nurses and doctors listen closely to what you have to say, and always do their upmost best to provide excellent care, treatment, advice and support.

Since becoming aware of my transgender status some time ago the way I have been viewed has also remained unchanged, for I continue to be treated both equally with dignity and respect. This for me personally is just as important as the medical care I continue to receive.

Therefore I wish all at the surgery the very best and am very grateful for their caring, professional, friendly and cheery attitude.
