Very mixed experience today - first from a personal experience turned up on time - after 30 min delay I asked how long I will be waiting - was told still 4 in front of me so decided to go home - main issue the lady sat at the side of me with very difficult mobility problems but her reason for being their looked like a broken shoulder - she was very embarrassed by her skirt falling down on her way with her also disabled husband to the toilet - a very helpful and understanding nurse rushed in to sort her situation - and comforted her on her return to her seat giving her reassurance that it was unfortunate but these things happen and although she was embarrassed it's been ignored by the others in the waiting room - that's where things changed - she was then called from 15 feet away to see the consultant - the nurse who called her couldn't move one inch to assist her to get there !! I jumped up to stop her disabled husband doing what he could to get his wife the 15 foot - buy helping to get her a wheelchair - the nurse just stood there and watched us struggle !!! - what a difference from the response from the previous nurse
