What I liked

Every person who I dealt with was professional, efficient and genuinely concerned for my welfare. Bearing in mind this was a Saturday evening, in London, in the snow, and the A&E receptionist had not arrived due to bad weather, I felt that the department was being run extremely well. I've visited many A&E departments in my time and this is certainly one of the best I've seen. Thank you to everyone for looking after me and being so friendly.
