"DISCHARGED STILL IN PAIN - ORTHOPAEDIC DEPARTMENT"

Some two years on I am still in pain, with no thanks to the Orthopaedic Department.

In this two years appointments were cancelled, but most importantly Guys Assessment Team missed that I have a heart condition., which could have had an impact had the operation gone ahead.

Having made a compliant on both responses wrong information has been given, to the point that I supposedly attended a physical assessment, and then received a phone call with the results. This never happened and I am appalled that this is just another excuse for not wanting to tell me the truth.

Have asked to see my medical records as the truth needs to be told. Totally unhappy and in immense pain.

Was discharged as in their opinion I said that I was much better, this also never

happened.. Hopefully someone will give me the truth.
