"Outpatient with doctor plus phlebotomy"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

This was my first visit to DRI. I was most impressed with the warmth of the interactions which I had from Nurses, receptionists, the very impressive Doctor and the lady who took my blood.

Despite most approaching the end of shift they all made time for me, had a smile and gave me much genuine reassurance.

Everyone seemed to take that extra second or two for me and made me feel they were interested in my well being

What wonderful feedback - thank you very much for taking the time to let us know of our recent experience at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

What is really apparent is all staff you came across had the same high standards of care and professionalism. This is just as it should be and is lovely to hear.
