"Worried mum put at ease"

After my daughter experienced what I thought was an allergic reaction I contacted the surgery and was given an appointment straight away for later that afternoon to see one of the Nurse Practioners, couldn't have thanked her more for the professional approach, she had seen me and my children on other occasions and could see from looking at my daughter that she didn't look well and then to be presented with this reaction looking rash was something else. My daughter was referred to the hospital straight away and planned treatment was given. Daughter felt lots better within hours and hospital appointment very successful we now have a diagnosis. The staff are worth their weight in gold I always feel priority when I need the service.
