"Thank you"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - City Campus / Trauma and orthopaedics

Have had two knee replacements at the City Hospital . The most recent one being in April 2018. Cannot fault any of the care given from all members of staff at whatever level. Food not always inviting and importance of presentation should be considered but no one would starve . Appreciated the fact that pain relieve was always available. I was lucky that I had no complications at all from either replacements and feel I am doing very well.

I have recommed the City to my family who are in need of your services.

Many thanks for all the kindness and care from everyone especially the nursing staff of all grades. Thank you for improving my life.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback about our elective orthopaedic service at City Hospital. I’ve shared your comments with all of my colleagues, including the catering team regarding the presentation of our food. We really appreciate you sharing your experience with us following two knee replacements and are pleased to hear that you are doing so well since your surgery.

Best wishes

Louise Challans, Matron, Elective Orthopaedics
