(as the patient),

I had been struggling for some months with a torn ligament so I had to go through the NHS process, From my initial consultation, through the MRI scans to my operation the service and staff were superb. I cannot think of any institution in this country I respect more than the NHS, Without them, I guess I would be in a wheelchair now.

I score the NHS 99% wonderful. They don't score a maximum because they refused to make me 20 years younger, but that is a small criticism!
