I recently had a 2 week urgent referral to the Lister hospital. The response was rapid and appropriate. When I had to change/alter my appointments, the staff doing the bookings were so very kind and sympathetic. The ultrasound examination was done by a very lovely woman, who put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I have previously subscribed to PPP private health scheme. The service I experienced today was way better than anything that I experienced in the private sector. I rate the service 10/10 based on my experience.
