"Excellent care and amazing staff"

I want to say a massive thank you to the nurses and doctors working on Elmwood & Bearwood on 31st October and 1st November, as well as the staff working on Elmwood, HDU and Bearwood on 2nd November - 5th November.

My 3 month old son was admitted on 2 occasions with bronchiolitis.

The second time he was admitted was an extremely frightening experience.

The nurses in particular helped us through an experience I never thought as a parent I would ever have to go through.

Because of them I managed to hold my self together as well as I could at a difficult time, and their reassurance, honesty and emotional support really helped us to get through an upsetting and scary time.

My son is now home and happy again when I didn't think he would be.

I honestly cannot thank you enough.

Your clinical care, professionalism and support to us as parents was fantastic, and cannot be faulted in any way.
