"Minor Injuries Unit/X-Ray Department"

I attended the Unit in the late afternoon, after having had a fall down a flight of stairs 48 hours previously, resulting in an injury which had not resolved.

From the moment I was booked in by the Receptionist in the MIU, followed by the nursing staff who looked after me on that day, through to the staff in the Radiology Department, and back at the MIU, the following morning, the whole experience was first class.

Everything was explained to me fully, and in ways that I could understand.

I cannot speak too highly of everyone who looked after me; they were professional and caring, put me at my ease, and listened to my concerns.. As a resident of East Grinstead,

I think we are extremely lucky to have such a high quality of care right on our doorstep.
