"Ear Syringe"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Having visited my GP on two occasions for blocked ears he referred me to ENT. The appointment booking was on-line and offered a date 31 days ahead (23/11). This is too long. I'd already had blocked ears since mid September. has it happens I'm away on holiday between 16/11 and 6/12 so booked appointment for 7/12. Phoned NHS 03456088888 and then the GP's surgery to complain, that evening on 23/10 but both a waste of time, Neither were interested in helping. This is appalling service for a serious condition that could lead to deafness. That evening, in a hot bath, I did it myself with an Otex Express kit. I can now hear well but a bit dizzy at times. I shall keep my appointment for 7/12 if only to get my ears checked and complain again, face to face.
