"The worst"

About: Hammersmith Hospital

he worst experience ever. After more than one hour waiting to be assisted the reception told me the doctor left already and that I will have to rebook another appointment. The guy at the reception is definitely new and I don t think he is been trained properly. When I arrived at 3.15pm for my appointment he took my name and invited me to take a seat after 45min he asked me if I had an appointment. I thought he was joking in the beginning but that was the truth.

They asked me to wait again and only in the end they told me no one else was available anymore.

They called the practice manager and she said exactly the same thing that I will have to re book.

This is ridiculous, is this a reliable healthy centre care?? They do not have any organisation and respect at all
