"Excellent Service"

About: Queen's Hospital / Accident & emergency

Recently needed to go the A&E for a head injury as 111 advised this. Yes you have to wait in line for triage but once done the receptionist sent me to major lite dept where I was triaged again by a nurse to determine how serious my injury was. This was completed within a few minutes of arriving in the dept. Had to wait a couple of hours to be seen but the service provided by the medical team was second to none.
