"Urology wait of four hours"

Arrived allowing pleanty of time to park car. No room in car park so parked on end of row after looking for a space for 20 mins.

Booked in and got moved through several waiting areas and finally ended up in an overcrowded small room . I and other occupants waited two hours without any one being called.

Waited a further two hours to see doctor for five minutes. No chance to discuss condition. Doctor was abrupt. Told I needed a scan but it was too late in the day to do .

I’m worried sick about possibly having cancer the treatment I received at this clinic does not make me feel I will be able to put my faith in this hospital.i can’t even provide feedback to the phone service that requested it because their line is busy,or find urology on the drop down menus for this review
