"Day surgery unit 2"

About: Leicester General Hospital / Gynaecology

I attended the day surgery today 02.11.2018 for botox to my bladder under local aneaathetic. I would like to say a massive thank you to the ward staff, the theatre staff and to my consultant.

All the staff were kind, proffessional and caring. My dignity was maintained during the procedure at all times. The consultant, aneasthetist and theatre nurse took time to explain and to reasure.

All the staff appeared to work well together and although they were busy they made the time for their patients. thank you.
