"Rude and arrogant"

Every time i attend the twyford surgery i find the receptionists short with me to the point of being downright rude..a complete disregard for peoples time...Blundering prescriptions on several occasions for me my dead father and my mother and sister...Asking you loudly why you want to see the doctor and then saying "what" because they can't hear you, because you don't want everyone to hear your details... The doctors are fine but there is so many of them you never get to know any of them...I need to change my surgery for me and my whole family..which i will do today..god willing..
