I have just read the previous reviews and my experience is 180 degrees opposite of the bad reviews that have been given.

All I can say is with regard to a chronic conditions such as this a 12 or 18 week wait is not wholly unreasonable.

My condition has been ongoing and I have found all the staff from receptionists, nurses and consultants not only professional but go that little bit further in making me as an individual feel my needs are being fully met.

This has little to do with under resourcing but everything to do with expectations.

To the staff "well done", your service is fully appreciated and keep up the smiles and the professional friendliness.
