"Unacceptable Delays"

I have been referred to Walsall Manor by Shrewsbury following an MRI scan which indicated abnormalities on my prostate. I have been given 4 appointments now for a fusion biopsy under general anaesthetic. Each of the 4 have been cancelled at short notice the most recent being yesterday when, having been up most of the night, driven down from Shrewsbury and having waited 2 and a half hours in the reception area was told that no one was available to carry out the procedure. I despair of ever having these important tests being carried out and have completely lost confidence in this hospital's ability to carry out this procedure. Obviously my situation is not improving and I am feeling frustrated and worried.
