"Searching immunisation records"

It's taken me 3 weeks to get the dates of my immunisation.

First I'd gone in to my gp in person as was told l would have to call up after I'd gone in on my time off. Then when I did call I was confronted with a bunch of people who couldn't use this system and I would have to call back (was annoying seeing as my details were on paper!).

Once my details had been found and some of my injections were missing and instead of helping me further than telling me to contact the PCT I had to call up at least 5 different people until I got the answers I required. It was just a huge pain that I kept being passed from pillar to post to get some simple details which I would expect to be in my medical records!

I now have to wait to see if the gp would be so kind as to give me my missing MMR injection.
