What I liked
Firstly - your website is rubbish. It has taken me ages to try to inform you that the Waddington Unit at LINCOLN COUNTY HOSPITAL is beyond wonderful, is so warm, caring and highly efficient (words, even fail me!) and is probably the BEST CANCER WARD IN THE COUNTRY.
I write on behalf of my husband - neither of us had been much of a burden on the NHS, by the way. Since his admission to this unbelievably exceptional ward on 25.01.12, his condition/ demeanour/ weight/zest for life have all improved so much that I constantly want to hug every single one of those fabulous folk who work there. As the pickiest eater ever, it is astonishing that he really enjoys his meals, he is putting on weight (had lost 2 stones) and is blessed with excellent company and constant attention from lovely, genuinely cheery staff. Cleanliness is obviously the byword here too. Love them all so much.
Well done Lincoln!
You see, the NHS in its essence is alive and well and giving of its best at LINCOLN COUNTY.
Deepest respect
What could be improved
Perhaps cut down on visiting times. Really difficult for v. busy staff to have to cope with their lovely patients, who mostly have really low immune systems being constantly exposed to outside visitors. Just my opinion. Think they have enough to do without constant tread of visitors. Bless them.
"Brilliant - in regard to Oncology, EAU and..."
