I recently had to visit Kings Mill A and E department and was expecting to have to wait hours before being reviewed. Within ten minutes I had been triaged by the nurse who was efficient and kind. Shortly after I was seen by a doctor and given the treatment I needed. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen to and with such care and compassion. Absolutley fantastic, couldn’t fault the service of the A and E department at all.
