"Exceptional care"

This was my second stay in The Anthony Letchworth ward for prolapse surgery, I was treated extremely well by exceptional staff. Although I didn’t eat much there was a good choice of well cooked tasty food (Allergies well catered for) and drinks and the water jug was refreshed and replenished when necessary.

I couldn’t fault the environment or staff. The care I received was delivered in a professional manner and cheerfully even after the staff were at the end of a long shift.
