"Very pleasant experience at Raigmore Hospital"

I had an appointment to attend a clinic in the cardiology department recently. My appointment was for early afternoon, with a follow up appointment half an hour afterwards.

From beginning to end, my whole experience was very pleasant. All clinics ran on time (to the dot), staff were extremely polite, pleasant and helpful. I was well informed of each procedure as it was going to happen and I felt comfortable each step of the way. I applaud the staff at Raigmore.
