I was waiting in line to collect some paper work from reception and quite appalled at what I saw.
The person in front of me was booking in for a vaccination. Reception told this person they had no vaccine in stock. They did not bother to call and cancel and therefore the customer had to rebook time off work.
Rightly so the customer complained - it was not dealt with at all well. A manager was called to subdue a persons complaint.
We are all busy in life , yet there is no excuse for a less than pleasant customer experience when clearly fault was with mayfield med centre.
