(as a parent/guardian),

My son has been experiencing toothache for a period of time and he just felt the pain was too much, we phoned NHS 24 who arranged for someone to call back, an appointment was given at Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock. Great service, the dentist and assistant were so helpful, gave advice explaining everything... thank you!

Toothache is such a painful thing and is particularly difficult to bear so I am glad the dentist and the assistant were able to help as much.

I will be happy to share this with the team and I am sure it will be well received. None of us like going to the dentist, but oh my goodness, we really appreciate their help when we need it.
