About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as a service user),

I saw a therapist for 9 weeks - he was amazing! I had recently gone through a break up and my self esteem and confidence was pretty non-existent. Steve made it easy for me to talk and work out for myself what I need to do and why I felt like I did. So much so, I have enrolled at the adult college to train to become a counsellor myself. I believe everyone would benefit from counselling and has difficult it is to push yourself through that door, it can really change lives and teach you so much, like it did with me.
