I recently had an eye problem, phoned for an appointment, and was seen later that day.i was examined, assessed, then taken to the doctor, who did further examination, before sending me to the Ambulatory Emergency Unit, who carried out more tests before taking me for a CT scan. I was allowed to go home, but given an appointment for a MRI Scan only four days later. I have already been given an appointment to see the doctor who sent me for the scan.
Throughout all this, I saw nothing but kindness, understanding, calm professionalism and efficiency.
During this time, both my wife and I went to the Audiology Department; nothing serious but, again, the same qualities as above were experienced.
Thank you, all.,
