What I liked
after day surgery and an overnight stay on ward 14 i was impressed with the organisation and the respect with which i was treated
as a disabled senior citizen my dignity was retained at all times help was available when needed but not overpowering
the information which i was given from the consultants team was very constructive given in suitable language which was understandable
thank you for making my stay comfortable
What could be improved
the meals were acceptable but not warm enough
