"VERY HELPFUL STAFF MEMBER - SERVICE"

I just want to say a very special thank you to the staff member in Secretariats, on 2 occasions she has gone beyond her duties to help sort problems for both myself & today my brother who has learning difficulties', Mum tried and wasn't able to get appt for 2 weeks think this was due to not being insistent enough, She was told if urgent would have to another GP within the practice this I do understand is protocol but He will only see one doctor at the practice which makes it difficult but needed an appt asap.

He is now being seen today under an emergency appt with his GP.

Thank you again really appreciate this as is was very distressing for my Mum thinking she would have to wait 2 weeks for him to be seen.

It does make things very hard when dealing with an adult with learning difficulties he wouldn't understand why he was seeing a stranger albeit a GP, it all about trust with a vulnerable adult.
