I have just recently registered with Wensum Valley after moving to the area. Have found all staff very pleasant, informative and easy to communicate my needs to.
Yesterday evening, I received telephone advice and was recommended to make an appointment the next day if symptoms did not improve or got worse.
The receptionist offered me an appointment in the morning at my preferred branch (Adelaide St). This was then cancelled due to a Dr being unwell, but they were still able to fit me in for an appointment that same day (at West Earlham). Very satisfied.
The Dr at West Earlham was very thorough and reassuring, explained everything to me and took my feelings and concerns into account.
The receptionist was very helpful in providing advice about taking samples and processing times.
Very good care from everyone involved, thank you so much.
