My husband was admitted as an emergency, straight from his GP.

He was seen very promptly and we both felt the level of care he received was excellent from start to finish.

Everyone, from the doctors and nurses in A&E to the team looking after him on the Clinical Decisions Unit were professional and very caring.

I am sure they were all working under considerable pressure but never once let this show and they remained good humoured and supportive throughout his stay.

Thank you to all the staff who work so hard.
