"Rude receptionist and poor referral service"

About: Chislehurst Medical Practice

have All heart attack symptoms but they did not care . Mistake with referral,Reception is very rude and care less . She said they did mistake but everyone is responsible for their own health ?????? What that is mean should we refer our help to chest pain clinic ?
