What I liked

Brilliant surgeon with a great "bedside manner". The whole process. though a little long winded (I understand this is being addressed), was great. I didn't feel anxious at any time.

What could be improved

Only downside was there isn't room at the moment for anyone to accompany patients on the day ward .

Anything else?

generally a good experience
