Lerwick Health Centre
I'd been unwell for a few days and made an appointment to see an ANP at Lerwick Health Centre. ANP Sandison was fantastic - calm, patient and she explained I had some issues with a chest infection, giving me safety netting advice.
I felt safe, understood what I needed to do in terms of the medication I received and she made sure I had all my questions answered before I left the room.
I cannot praise her highly enough, I would have no hesitation in going to see her again and I hope you will pass on my thanks.
