Utterly ridiculous that prescriptions cannot be collected before 10am. You may have asked for "fellow patient's feedback expression concerns with regards to the morning queues being too long..." But once again, full time workers are discriminated against.
The queues are long because reception is totally inefficient, not because people are trying to attend before work.
Full time workers are the only people who pay for prescriptions yet they are being told to go away.
Improve receptionists training, please!!.
