i am quite shocked at the terrible reviews on here , i also had to wait for about 9months for an appointment, but since then have only BEEN TREATED WITH THE UTMOST SENSITIVITY AND RESPECT, sorry to say it seems to be a different doctor evry 2nd appointment, nut all have included me in decisions and in my perception treated me with care.. the appointments were abit messed up due to my illness and bad communication, but thats all sorted now

Your comments have been passed to the Service Manager and the teams so they are aware of your experience. We strive to provide an excellent standard of care for all who are accessing our services and we continue to learn from the feed back we get .
