Previously i have made use of private medical insurance to sort my neck issues which resulted in a c4\5 fusion in 2002.
Based on the above i knew i was again suffering issues with my neck and knowing my previous doctor had retired i did some research.
I have been so lucky to find my current doctor, a quiet and very professional person to talk to who is always extremely well turned out.
He went through my procedure in the utmost detail in a totally professional way.
His staff are all 100%, attended me whenever i need them from a cup of tea to pain killers, and even in the quiet hours the ladies were so on the ball.
A fellow patient was having major pain issues during the night and they were really on the ball to help them, somewhat different to main-stream NHS hospital procedures.
Knowing that the nursring staff are the key to any recovery. My doctor told me that he personaly picks all the staff, that is very evident!
A fantastic facility which whether privately financed or NHS IS GREAT, where else can you get freshly cooked food and a full english for breakfast. A+ for all staff and Mr Shiar.
