"My experience in the endoscopy department"

I attempted to respond to a text inviting me to fill in a survey on my hospital visit last week, but without success,----- "this source is no longer available"

After visiting my doctor on a Monday, I was recommended to go for a colonoscopy at Kingsmill.

I received a telephone call on the Tuesday asking me to attend the consultant's clinic on the Wednesday which I did.

I unexpectedly found that an appointment would be available for the procedure the very same week on a Saturday-- Very impressive!

My procedure went through very efficiently and professionally.

The nurses were all very pleasant and I immediately felt at ease, the receptionist was also friendly and very efficient, so all in all my appointment on this occasion was a very satisfactory and even pleasant experience from the car park to the delicious cup of tea and biscuit at the end of the procedure.
