Nursing staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. As was junior doctor. However, consultant was much less impressive.
The consultant talked down to me, referred to me in the third person and was particularly uncaring in their examination. I do not feel I was listened to, and my symptoms were dismissed in an offhand manner.
Consulting room was disgraceful, small, dirty and old. Not fit for purpose.
Impressed that appointment for further tests arrived the next day.
