Not great, especially since the merger of the two practices, and especially for anyone who works for a living.

- Seem to be closed on Wed despite listing opening hours as all day on this website - when you call the surgery there is a number given for out of hours - when you call that number they tell you to call 111 as they don’t cover Queen Street Surgey!

- don’t offer repeat dispensing!!!

Won’t let pharmacy reorder prescriptions for patients.

- can’t get an appointment for things like blood tests, have to just turn up and hope you get seen within a reasonable time (so you can only get a blood test if you don’t have a job).

- expect patients to incur the burden of the merger - anyone previously registered a to Park View has to go through a ridiculous and unecessarily bureaucratic process to maintain access to online services.

Definitely all about what works best for the surgery and not what works for patients.

Inconvenience seems to be the goal.
