I stayed at maple d for a week and just wanted to inform you how proffesional and friendly your bank worker was, i really hope you reward and recognise her for the work she does. She told me she loves her job and my god it shows, nothing was too much trouble and she really went above and beyond with her care and compassion you should be proud of yourself, nhs needs more caring people like you ??
