(as a service user),

My mother had an appointment with the diabetic and endocrine department at heartlands this week with Dr Al, there was also another doctor present but unfortunately forgot his name. 

The doctor was amazing, very friendly and polite. Explained the whole process why she was referred and what they are going to do. 

My nephew was with us a 2 year old active child, he was nice to him even spoke to him gave him books to keep him busy. It is very are to come across such a nice consultant that actually cares about the patient and his family. 

There was no surveys available so i can put a compliment in for the consultant. But the consultant should receive recognition for being a caring consultant that puts patient first.
