"Foot X-ray"

Today I visited the radiography department for an X-Ray on my right foot, having broken a toe at the end of June & my GP referred me because I had bone fusion surgery on the same foot last year. I was taken in promptly by a member of staff & she apologised that the machine was taking time to warm up. She efficiently checked my personal details and explained she would be doing 3 different scans. She was very good at aiding me to get my foot in the correct position for each of the X-Ray's and explained exactly what she would be doing. I was very impressed by her professionalism and she put me totally at ease during my time in the department. I would also like to thank the member of staff for her assistance in taking me to the department.
