"Appalling surgery"

The only objective of this surgery is to keep patients away from GPs! Its a small business and so operates accordingly with a management team that makes up rules to make it almost impossible to see your GP. For example, you can't make an appointment 10 days in advance, it has to be 7 days! Many of the partners are part time, so you'll rarely see an experienced doctor. They don't monitor blood tests, so they'll never pick up anything serious, you have to monitor your own health! The list goes on...
